1. Whether the order is free shipping?

2. Do you ship overseas?
We provide free delivery service for most states in the United States. Does NOT include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, PO Boxes/APO's.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Multi-warehouse fast shipping to your address. Orders processed will take 3-5 business days to arrive.
Please note that as the current logistics pressure is high, logistics in certain areas will be a delay. The delivery time also depends on holiday seasons, weather conditions, and other circumstances.
4. I only received one item, where are the rest?
Some products are shipped in multiple packages. The rest packages are on the way. If you care about the remaining packages, please contact us.
5. Is it safe to make an online order from your site?
Yes, it’s 100% secure to purchase from our website. We use Shopify, a leading eCommerce platform, to handle our orders. All your private information involved in your order, including your name, credit card number and address, is kept safely and will never be disclosed.
6. What kind of payment do you accept?

7. What should I do if I received the damaged goods?
Contact us and provide us with photos of the damaged part of the product, and photos of all face sheets on the outer box. We will decide what to do according to the degree of damage. And compensation or re-ship.
8. Will it fit my car?
If you are unsure about whether this product will fit your vehicle – please contact us with your vehicle’s year, make, model and vehicle photo and we will research your vehicle and send a custom response. Please send an email to service@supaproauto.com
9. What should be noticed when installing?
There is no guide included with the packaging, which means you need to refer to online manuals, such as watching You tube video, or to have them attached by a professional installation.
